Rates and Availability - For rates and availability please visit our Air BNB listing and review the calendar.  Please do not book through AirBNB.  When you are ready to book, please contact me direct to save on fees.

Cancellation Policy - We do not have a cancellation policy.  All bookings are final bookings and can not be canceled for any reason.  We advise guests to purchase separate travel insurance to protect their stay in the event of an emergency.

Covid Policy - We do not refund for Covid or any other illness. 

​

Check In Time - Check in time during the summer season is 4pm. 

​

Check out Time - Check out time in the summer season is 11am.

​

Pet Policy - We are not pet friendly.

​

Linens - We do not provide bed linens but we do provide bath towels, blankets and pillows.

House Rules - 

1. This is a no smoking property.

2. No loud music or parties are allowed.

3. No pets are allowed at any time.

4. No guests of guests are allowed without consent of owner.

5. All dishes and towels must be washed and put away prior to departure.
